Mazda Malaysia Unveils the New Mazda MX-5 RF 2WD Models
Mazda Malaysia has launched two variants of the highly anticipated Mazda MX-5 RF 2WD. The models, available in Manual and Automatic transmissions, boast impressive features and specifications.
The Manual variant, priced with a monthly instalment of RM 2,857 over 84 months and a down payment of RM 55,000, offers a 2.0L Petrol Engine with 4 Cylinders and 16 Valve DOHC, delivering 181 hp at 7000 RPM and a torque of 205 Nm at 4000 RPM. The car features a 6-Speed Manual Gear Box, Double Wishbone front suspension, and Multi-Link rear suspension. With a kerb weight of 1111 kg and dimensions of 3915 mm in length, 1735 mm in width, and 1235 mm in height, it promises a sleek and sporty drive.
The Automatic variant, with a down payment value of RM 55,400 and a monthly instalment of RM 2,878 over 84 months, shares the same engine specifications. This version includes a 6-Speed Automatic Gear Box and Steering Wheel Gearshift Paddle, enhancing driving convenience. It weighs slightly more at 1137 kg but maintains the same compact dimensions.
Both models come equipped with 17-inch alloy wheels, electric power steering, ventilated disc brakes at the front, and disc brakes at the rear. They also feature a fuel tank capacity of 45 liters and a seating capacity for 2, emphasizing a focus on performance and style.
